Our repair staff is trained and experienced in upgrading, diagnosing, fixing, cleaning, and disinfecting computers. We know how to solve any computer problem you may have.
If you are unsure what exactly your computer problem is GrandLAN can diagnose it for you. We do house calls and office calls if it is more convenient for you.

Troubleshooting, data migration, parts replacement/upgrade, OS installation. |
| House Calls/Office Calls $80 for 1st hour $65/additional hour |
$80 for the 1st hour, $65 for each additional hour. |
| Home Network Setup $200 |
Includes Router and Setup of up to 4 Computers to Cable or DSL Modem. |
| Wireless Home Network Setup $250 ($75/each additional computer) |
Includes wireless G router and setup of up to 2 computers. |
| Virus Removal Package 1 $69 |
Cleans installation and reinstalls Windows. |
| Virus Removal Package 2 $99 |
Backs up data and reinstalls Windows. |
| Virus Removal Package 3 $120 |
Removes virus & spyware. No reinstalls. |
| Virus Removal Package 4 $125 |
Backs up data to same location and reinstalls Windows. |
All additional fees will need customer approval before work is performed. Hardware/software costs are not included in any price.
